We have many different items on sale in our museum shop, from handmade soap, unique fabric-stamps to antique jewelry, and a lot in between: books, writing materials, habedashery, (chintz) fabrics and traditional children’s gifts. We also sell traditional Dutch clothing and accessories for men and women, boys and girls, including a selection of original wooden clogs. Next to these traditional items we also carry modern dutch design, such as the handpainted ‘Zeeuws blue oysters’ by Dieuwke Parlevliet, the ‘Zeeuwse Knop’ baking pan by artist Tinka Leenen and the ‘Zeeuws mussel cutlery’ by Anovi.
The museumshop is an exclusive selling point for the Dutch chintz fabrics of Den Haan and Wagenmakers.
The museum and shop is open during the museum’s business hours and can be visited even without an entrance ticket to the Amsterdam Costume Museum.
