Every first Wednesday of the month The Dutch Costume Museum organize the workshop of Staphorst Paint Stamping technics in the nice Old Dutch kitchen of the museum.
During the workshop you learn the history and basic technics of so-called ‘Staphorst Stipwerk’. It is done with special textile paint and hand made stamps. You decorate a cotton bag with you own design and take this home afterwards.
Price: € 29,50 per person (including entrance, materials, tea/coffe and tote bag)
Time: Every first Wednesday of the month (check the calendar) from 2 PM till 4 PM
The workshop can also booked on request (minimum of 4 people), or in combination with tailor made arrangements like high tea etc. Send us a mail with your request.
